The world heats it self up and it also cools it self down pretty much no one is truely to blame but some people do play a simi-major part in Helping it heat up
I think U.S has to be partially responsible for this but, the real assholes are the people in China and India who are burning anything and everything to get energy. They could care less about the environment and as a result are screwing up the environment. That Al Gore really opened my eyes regarding this topic. It is about time that we take care of this planet before its too late. First we gotta find alternative fuel source like ethanol. Hell, Indy Cars run entirely on ethanol and those cars go over 200 miles/hour. If it is good for Indy Cars it is definetly good for my car. Bio Fuels like ethanol are not only renewable but it will reduce our dependence on oil. Which in turn can help with the Middle East Crisis. If there is no demand for oil Countries like Iran will have no money to fund for their nuclear program. So using ethanol will not only save the environment but maybe even people lives. This is just a start but, if mankind come together we can definetly save this planet before it gets destroyed by some asteroid in 2030. lol
I agree with anotherguy07 I did a whole argumentative/research report for english class on the energy crisis and how fossil fuels are playing their negative affects. I wonder if something like from the movie "Day After Tomorrow" will happen another ice- age before an asteroid comes =) .
This might be off topic but personally before we run out of fossil fuels and global warming takes it toll i see the world blowing it self up from a nuclear war i just see an idiot hitting the red button!!
It's weird how our weather is getting hotter by the second. Compared to the tempurature in the last 1000 years, this era seems to be filled trapped gas and heat.
Well the data is out there and is over whelming that humans are responsible. The weather does fluctuate like many critics claim, but humans just made it more unpredictable and violent than it already was.

Unfortunately the US has more of a stake in this problem than most Americans want to believe and admit to. China and India contribute a lot to the problem, but so do we. In the US, progress toward a greener way of life has been met with stiff resistance by some politicians and industry for many years. For quite a while we have had the capability to turn to other sources of energy which would reduce pollution and our reliance on foreign oil. Those options which have been available would not break the bank of the average Joe.
Reducing reliance on foreign oil is greatly needed. Especially to reduce the funds that countries like Iran rely on for their weapons programs. But ethanol is just a band aid when it comes to solving that problem. Further research is needed in other areas to solve that problem.
