damaged files??

hi guys ..
ofcourse i saw one of the members mentioned there is no requsting here but i havbe really a bad prob..guys most of the files which we download its in zip or rar format and after finshing it its not working is there any one know any soft ware to fix such files or not cuz i tried the repair optoin in the rar soft ware which i already have but its saying inknown format and such words.so can u help me ...

hey guys

there is a software known as WIN RAR
there is a option in it to repair zip or rar files u can use it can get rid of damaged zip files

thanx for ur replay guys but i,m useing win rar from long time and its not that much effective with dameged files ,,i wanna see ifn there any other soft ware i can look after it..

sometimes it works for me, if i redownload the corrupt parts.. thats the message you get right? ''part blablabla. The File is corrupted''...?!?

man if u are talking about a small files less than10mb its ok and its great way to redownload it but what can u do with a big files more than 400-500-600mb i dont think any one gonna be ready to redownload it ,,thats not a good solution for this prob.any way i repeat my quastion ...is there any software repairing such files.just give the name i,ll find it,not:not winrar,,cuz i expained up there whats happined,

Google it, there are a lot of programs to repais Zip and Rar files.. About exe files dont ask me...

ah.. I though you had like 20 small rar. files, and that a few of them were corrupt..

if you use a dl manager it is likely that the files will not dl properly. just dl the corrupt/incorrect pw files again and all should be sorted

I suggest that you either search for a file repair kit at Google or Yahoo. You'll receive a number of worthy results. Check the ones that seem the most promising.

If your downloaded files get corrupt often, check your Internet connection. Maybe there is something wrong with it.
