Whats your guys feel on proxies.

Do you use them?

What other types of security do you use when you download...

PeerGuardian?
SurfAnonymous?

i do not use proxys because too often many people use the same on which makes them too slow. I have an ip changer so everytime i restart the computer (or log-out) it changes the ip address

so you have a dynamic ip which makes you very easy to download files from rapidshare as often as you like

seldom use proxy because it can slow download... but have to use it when i want to download from rapidshare...
