When Cheech and Chong where first doing their comedy they had an album out that had a "Big Bamboo" rolling paper that you could roll one with.

Now they have ez wider rolling paper rolls the look like a little roll of toilet paper. you can pull it out to whatever length ya need and there you go, 1/4 lb is not out of the question. Just a matter of skills
