just enter that page and put the url from the page u wanna download, then select the format u wanna convert to press start and wait ^^ then u can select where u wanna download the file.

YOU GUYS CAN USE FIREFOX AND THE EXTENSION CALLED DOWNLOADHELPER. IT WORKS PERFECT I CAN DOWNLOAD ALL THE VIDEOS FROM YOUTUBE. THE USE THE PROGRAM CALLED TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER IF YOU WANNA TURN THE VIDEO INTO AN MP3 I DO IT ALL THE TIME. I HAVE A VIDEO IF YOU GUYS WANNA SEE IT?
