I downloaded the sims2 for my ipod touch but when i try to install it says not installed because unable to verify purchase. Any way around thais issue? Thanx in advance!!

There was a way to Jailbreak the store, do a google for unlock apps for I-pod touch or jailbreak touch.

Should find some stuff that will help.

ok so after downloading and trying every version of jailbreak,pwn,etc ,still no hope. After googling my problem it seems like many with this particular firmware (2.21 5h11) had the same issues. My question being do u happen to no if jailbreaking is even possible on ipod touch G2, running 2.21? Much thanx!

With more up to date unlocking software it is possible to jailbreak.

Also check the mobile section for already cracked touch apps.

well i found the newest jailbreaking software but to use it i have to upgrade firmware to 3.0 I downloaded this firmware already but unsure as to how to upgrade my ipod with it. Any suggestions?

Well you plug in your Ipod to Itunes, zap on 3.0 using Itunes, then restart the ipod and then OWN it with jail break

ok i must seem like the biggest dumbass.... well i successfully installed jailbreak without upgrading firmware,wooopeeee!! buuutttttt..... still wont let me use any apps. says itunes did not sync apps because they could not be verified. grrrrrrr so ready to chunk ipod out the window!!!

You can copy them on manually, if they are prehacked,
or use I-tunes if they are still orig.

ya i tunes is the one giving me error message saying "app not installed because apple couldnt verify purchase." Samething it said before jailbreaking,lol....
