K I Would Have Posted This Into The PSP Section, But I've Relised That It Also Happens On My Moblie.

I Have:

Sony Pro Duo 1GB Card
Sony Pro Duo 1GB Card (Has PSP Logo On)
Sony Pro Duo 512MB Card
Sony Pro Duo 32MB Card

I Put This Into My PSP, And The Memory That I Can Use, Will Be 912MB For A 1GB

The 512MB Turns Into 414MB Just With Plugging It In To The PSP, Recently Formatted And It Will Still Be Missing This Memory.

Im Guessing Its Normal, And Its Memory To Make The Card Work I Don't Know. But Someone Must Have Found A Way To Gain This Memory Back?

Yes its called the FILE ALLOCATION TABLE, it takes up 8-13% of the total volume, and is used to describe where the files are and their names on the volume.

Much like a table of contents in a book.

So example

SomFile.avi sections 345-234234234

etc etc

You cant get it back, its standard even your pc hard drive is doing it to you right now. (take a look your drives available is not the same as its total size)
