Sure, what you need is a CD4 based unlocking tool and the unlock code for your countries provider.
There is a nokia unlocker that supports other phones in the mobile section.
Basically what happens is when you are network locked (that means locked to a specific provider) you will need that providers code in the correct format to unlock for your phone.
If its networked BLOCKED which happens if its stolen, you will need to reflash it with a valid IMEI (unique identfication number) and then unlock it.
That I wont help you with because I think phone thieves are scumm.
