is their a way to modify the ps3 game saves for games like codwaw? also i know theirs a way to modify on x-box360 but i haven't seen any info on how so does anyone here know how to? thanks in advance

Yes basically you boot up with one of the Ps3 Linux disc's and use one of the hex editors to modify the save games on the hard drive.

It a pain in the ass but if your determined to cheat it, at least its a method.

so i would have to change my ps3 os to linux?

There is a commercial cheat program for PS3 that uses a disc and a usb cable, I will see if I can find the name once my US link is restored right now my surfing is limited to local only while the international link is dead.

edit: ok man i read that page and signed up for the site but i really dont see anything that shows me how to edit the game saves i even seen people posting and asking how to and just getting trashed for asking...do u know what im looking for on here?

I ll put a list of what you need together, but basicaly, linux boot disc, so you can see the files.

Then you need to copy the files off and use a hex editor or PDB unpacker to edit the file.

Personally I think just getting saved games online and copying them on would be eiasier.

i tired looking for them but i dont see any save games that modifies the call of duty world at war nazi zombie game or even the campion mode they just have 100% complete games online. is it hard to edit the games? i can see the save games already but from what i read its hard to edit the save games because their encrypted unlike the xbox360

Yeah, it is easier to simply download a save that already has what you want.

A Save game wont create a mod for you.

If you want a mod like Zombies for example that requires a major portion of the games actual files to be editied, for thos kinds of things you want a pc.

no u can mod the save games to get out of the map or unlimited ammo for the zombie and the solo game. i've seen videos for it but its usually on x-box360 because its easier to mod but they say u can do its for ps3 but its really hard.

Thats odd, since no game resources are stored in the save game file, sounds a bit fishy to me.
