I dont have and proxy lists other than the ones that are posted.

Your best bet is to find out the larger ISP's ip ranges in your country and then port scan the ranges to find open ranges, thats the old school method for finding proxies, if lists are not good enough.

If hes looking for proxies, its so he can hack something or setup a hack net. Or bypass porn blockers.
