Sure thing use stegnos internet anonymiser, it basically just redirects your traffic via diff servers every 5 minutes, so one momment you look like your in greece, the next momment new york, etc etc.

There are a large number of ip hiders in the apps section.

Also just make sure to clear all cookies and close down your browser between surfs, that way any cookie detection will be void.
