Flv to Video Conversion

Does someone have a conveter to convert .flv files to .avi or .mpeg, or know of one. A freeware would be great or a program and a key.

I will try the apps from the post above but I have tried around 4 different programs and the converted video always ends up in fast motion, can someone tell me why and how to fix that?

I've tried several programs to convert .flv to other formats but all come out with very bad results. I will try the ones listed and see if any of them work out.

i just renamed the extension form .flv to .avi, helped for me when tryin to play a flv file in windows media player and when tryin to convert to .wmv in windows movie maker, coz windows media maker doesnt reconise .flv extension

Does that really work? I have to second that replay converter is great and actually all of the replay products for .flv files are good.

Firefox has a extension Downloadhelper that has a built in converter. You can download and convert .flv files within Firefox with reasonable speeds, plus it's free.
