Unallowed Domain Name

I have noticed that several files state that the file is an "unallowed domain name." What does that mean? For example: a file is listed as http://unallowed domain name/w7yg6. Entering that coded name does nothing except show an ERROR. I am new at this and would appreciate any info on this subject. Thanks for the help.

If you see thread/post with unallowed domain name please report it. It is most likely rapidshare phishing. Some smarty pants trying to steal your rapidshare account hiding links.
