You can install Spyware on your girlfriends PC, this will send you logs of all her activities what you need is a good key logger or spyware app.

You will also need to allow it in her anti virus, so you might want to get some time alone with her pc.

Also if your at the stage where your so insecure, I promise you this relationship will not last.
