how do you download from depositfile quickly?

i can download stuff from other links such as rapidshare, megaupload, etc but somehow whenever i download from depositfile, the speed is really slow.

can someone help me?

Depositfiles servers are undergoing an upgrade so speed will be down for awhile longer. Hopefully that will be finished in the next week or two because even people like me who have a premium account with them are suffering the slow speeds
