You can try subtract the diference between the left and right channel that usually does the trick failing wich you might find some high end audio scrubbers in pro tools.

Generally what you want to do is considered impoosible so these tricks may or may not work.

Professional music is generally laid in tracks and the tracks kept seperate so that they can mess with vocals and instruments seperately.

Easiest would be to get the musical scrore and recreate it in reason or cubase.
