need help with winrar

i have a folder that its 700MB and in that folder is setup autorun other folders bla bla:P...and i want to make 7 parts of this with winrar.
that each part will be 100MB... i dont know how to make it. need help thx

when you go 'add to archive'

you should see a box that says 'split to bytes'
enter the number 100000, and then start...

if your file is the right size, you should end
up with the 7 files:
