help with c.of.h

hello .....
I have this strange problem.....
while I extract the files, 80 files partly RAR partly not, when it reaches 92 % I get an ERROR massage' that says :write error in the file DISK 1 .iso .probobly the disk is full .

?????????? what is that ?
I have enough space in my hard-drive' so it's not that.
