She Creature is a 2001 B-movie about carnival performers in Ireland, circa 1900, who abduct a mermaid and try to smuggle her into the United States. As their ship appears to lose its way, the mermaid begins to show a deadly side. The film stars Rufus Sewell and Carla Gugino with Rya Kihlstedt as the mermaid.

She Creature was originally billed as the first part of a series called The Mermaid Chronicles. However, no subsequent films have been produced.
She Creature is the first in a series paying tribute to the films produced by legendary B-movie magnate Samuel Arkoff and his American International Pictures.
