1 week of posts removed!

Hi there,

there are some posts in the XXX section - especially this one opened by me...

...which have been truncated. All posts made in the last week disappeared 2 days ago. Is there a reason for that? Or maybe some way to fix it?

Only 2-3 day posts/threads/pm's and user registrations are lost due to vbulletin upgrade and server transfer.

We changed our server so we had to do this. We had no downtime during server transfer so it was unnoticeable, and our users may think that database is lost.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thanx for the reply. Well, they came back for a few days and then they disappeared again. What exactly is going on here??? Are these posts lost now for ever? Or will they come back again and maybe stay for ever?

I have been a memeber of this forum for only a short time and in this time all my posts have gone twice. The first time this happened i reloaded all my posts and then they all gone again. If this is the way this forum works I am thinking of not supporting this forum in the future. Is this forum stable and reliable now???????

Well, it used to be quite stable till now. @Wooops: If I get you right, the "lost" posts haven't been stored. They are not present on any server and so they won't appear again in the forum, neither now nor in the future...
