wga tray and loprthcarck

my neighbour told me that u can download program called "lopthcrack"
he also said that it is used to change admin passs etc...
the problem is
: i cannot find it so if someone knows where to download it .... tell me !!!

and i also have problem with wga tray thing
does someoone know how to solve it ?

do u know some other program to hack admin passwords in lan ?
