hello 2 all, have U all update nokia hp software version yet? I got problem when I update my nokia on NOKIA site, my previus ver is 3.27 but now its v3.83.1 (press star, hash, four times zero and hash).

1st problem is whan i open my music it appear opening progress for quite long time I've waited for 1/2hour but nothing happen then I just turn off and on it again then only my music player can play as usual.

2nd when i recieve song from bluetooth, after i save it to galery when try to refresh my music library it also took long time to refresh untill the end I do the same thing off and on again and when I try it again to refresh still s/w looks like don't find any new song(this is bad).

After all that problem happen i decide to reset my hp to factory setting, so i back up my phone memory to mmc. Thought that after I reset my hp I can restore it back like normal so that I can still use my application that i have install earlyer. I reset my hp, after it on the install progress appear and on the end it say some application cannot function normally....(something like that). So I try to restore from mmc, Man it became more worst, after the restore app appear it looks like it dosn't working at all, after it finish my hp became hang so i have to pull out the batt and on it again. still the worst part I can't even remove the application I install earlyer....

so please I need some solution or advise to solve this problem???
What do thing I should do?? Should I go to hp repair shop, ask them to install back the older version???
