Silent Witness - Season Two
Silent Witness is a forensics crime drama that focuses on a pathologist who attempts to identify murder victims and figure out what caused them to die. Each case is usually divided up into two episodes, which are typically aired at the same time as one another.
Episode 1 & 2 - Blood, Sweat And Tears
A boxer dies in the ring and Sam has to investigate his death. She discovers that he had fight before he went into the ring and that that fight indirectly caused his death. Then the manager of the boxer is found dead in her home, she has been shot. It looks like suicide but Sam suspects that it is murder.

Episode 3 & 4 - Cease Upon The Midnight
Sam has to do a postmortem on the body of Stuart Evans, who was found dead the morning after his party. He was terminally ill with AIDS , but Sam finds a suspicious needle track in his foot and is convinced he has been murdered.

Episode 5 & 6 - Only The Lonely
Sam is called to the scene of a woman found strangled with her own tights. Superintendent Peter Ross believes that it is connected to an old unsolved case, but Sam is not so sure. The dead woman was suspected of having an affair with Alan Whyte, and soon his body is also found.

Episode 7 & 8 - Friends Like These
An old woman's body is found by two teenage boys. Sam is called in to do the postmortem. The police question Chris Palmer, and they soon become sure that he is the killer, but he denies any involvement, so Sam sets out to find who the real killer is.
