I can't comment on HoMaM, but World of Warcraft is a very good game. There is heaps of content and going from 1 - 80 will take quite a long time if your new and its very enjoyable. Of course, for some people i can get boring, but mainly if you start another character as you are just repeating what you did. But if you pick a different race and class it can be very interesting the 2nd time round. Of course you can just make the one character and explore all the end game content which there is plenty of, but as always does tend to repeat itself.

those are two completely different games .
they play so differently WoW is a point and click rpg and HoMM is a turnbased strategy rpg I dont think you can compare them fairly

Heroes of might and magic can be fun to play if you dont sit so much infront of the computer since it doesn't take much time, but WoW takes much more time and you can play all the time. I like WoW more tho

I totally agree with banana_fish. In addition, heroes Might and Magic V is not so good. I preferd the previous one, with more powerful heroes
