Reg: Minimum count to open a thread

Hi,
The minimum count for openning some thread is difficult.
Because of this all new joinees are posting some unwanted threads...
Please u remove this and put some hidden control.
whoever replying that post they can view that hidden info/link.
this will improve time to access any thread....and enjoyment...

i think it is done so that people who want to see more contribute towards the site and help it grow. people that spam get banned from the site.
